Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, Finance and Operations, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for reviewing work processes and optimizing work organization.

The incumbent is expected to:

  • Analyze, diagnose and optimize business rules and processes based on organization needs
  • Promote the firm’s needs and requirements through continuous interaction with stakeholders involved in the different business rules and processes
  • Act in an advisory capacity with the different departments and employees with respect to process management
  • Guide work teams in the definition of their needs
  • Model the interrelationships between stakeholders’ needs to facilitate analysis and decision-making
  • Document business rules and processes
  • Ensure change management and risk management for business rules and processes
  • Lead operational management meetings
  • Coordinate the different operational management projects
  • Coordinate work teams to collect information and evolve business processes
  • In cooperation with the Training and Procedures Coordinator, develop user training and change management strategies
  • Perform any other related duties as requested by his/her supervisor

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • University degree in business analysis and strategic consulting, in project management or another related discipline
  • 8 years of experience in process modelling and/or project management
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodology (an asset)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong self-reliance (ability to work without supervision and set his/her own work priorities)
  • Ability to demonstrate judgment, integrity and honesty
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness and ability to work independently
  • Command of English and French, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
