Your mandate will consist in...

Your mandate will consist of being responsible responsible for completing and validating the information required for the implementation of a new group or an insurer transfer, as well as reviewing contractual documents (brochures, policies, riders). The analyst will work mainly within our internal systems. Read on to learn about the skills and qualifications required to thrive at AGA!

Your main tasks will include:

  • Update and complete data in the plan administration system for implementations, insurer transfers, renewals, amendments, and cancellations;
  • Follow up on electronic enrollments: validate import logs, process manual forms, and perform the required entries;
  • Process off-cycle changes (outside implementations or renewals) in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Prepare and validate group profiles (drug and dental) and ensure that the information is accurately entered in the claims management system;
  • Flag any updates required for model groups;
  • Participate in testing during the deployment or enhancement of new tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • College diploma;  
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in group insurance;
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written (Proficiency in English is required, as administrative transactions must be processed in both languages. A detailed analysis and thorough understanding of contractual administrative information related to insurance enrollments and changes—free of errors—are also essential);
  • Strong attention to detail, rigor, and discretion;
  • Autonomy, versatility, and the ability to manage priorities.
