Your mandate will consist in playing a key role in the design of dashboards, the analysis of trends, and the production of data-driven forecasts. You will contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous evolution of performance indicators, metrics, dashboards, and data models required for the deployment and optimization of AGA’s business intelligence.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring the application of best practices in data management and secure data usage. Building strong relationships—both with multidisciplinary team members and with internal clients in the field—will remain essential to succeeding in this role. Collect, transform, clean, and organize data from various internal sources, ensuring their quality and consistency;
Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Power BI or similar solutions;
Support teams through change management during the implementation of new solutions, including through training and documentation;
Propose and conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses to identify trends, relevant insights, anomalies, or opportunities;
Collaborate with all AGA business teams (actuarial, finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to understand their needs, analyze their workflows, propose solutions, and identify data driven improvement opportunities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management and reporting processes;
Document methodologies, requirements, performance indicators, metrics, dashboards, data models, data sources, and processes to ensure traceability and reliability of analyses;
Determine key performance indicators (KPIs), develop the necessary measures to evaluate performance, analyze results over time, and build forecasting models when required;
Perform ad hoc analyses or extract data lists as needed;
Document and update all tasks and projects daily and systematically in JIRA to ensure clear, real time tracking of progress;
Create and maintain Power Automate flows;
Perform any other related duties of a similar nature directly connected to this position or as requested by the supervisor.
