Employees trained as soon as they start!

Upon joining our team, you will receive formal training that will help you become a group insurance expert. This includes four weeks of initial training on software and insurance basics, followed by one week of side-by-side call answering. This continuous training approach will be maintained to ensure the steady development of your skills.
