Analyst in Development Stage	You produce basic analyses with close guidance and learn the foundations of the profession.
Independent Analyst	You deliver standard analyses with moderate supervision, prepare clear documentation, and help identify anomalies.
Senior Analyst in Development Stage	You handle more complex assignments and begin reviewing the work of less experienced analysts.
Experienced Senior Analyst	You ensure technical quality, challenge results, and serve as a subject matter reference in certain areas.
Consultant	You transform analyses into clear, useful, and defensible recommendations for clients.
Senior Consultant	You influence complex decisions, support client consultants, and contribute to the practice vision.
