Selection Process

At AGA Benefit Solutions, our priority is to ensure that every employee finds the position that best suits his or her skills and interests.. Our recruitment process is both fast and people-centered. We implement efficient steps to assess the skills, experience and values of applicants, while providing them with a respectful and considerate experience all along the process. Our objective is to offer you the best-suited position where you will be able to grow!

Step 1 : Submit your application

To apply, please submit your candidacy online for the position you are interested in, and attach your resume. You may also provide a cover letter to help us know you better. Our recruitment team will carefully review all the applications we receive.

Step 2: Telephone call

If your profile matches the requirements of the position, you will be contacted to proceed to the next stage of the recruiting process, which includes a phone interview with a member of our recruitment team. We want to learn more about your expectations and career aspirations!

Step 3: Interview

The interview can take place via videoconferencing or in person. You will meet your future manager along with a member of our recruitment team. During this conversation, we will discuss your prior experience, your skills and aspirations, the challenges of the job, the team dynamics, and what each party can bring to this potential cooperation. At this step, we also check your background and references.

Step 4: Presentation of the job offer

If your application is retained, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to deliver the good news and discuss the next steps. Do not hesitate to ask all the questions you may have about your future work environment and conditions.

If your application is not retained, we will also advise you of our decision.
