Your mandate will consist in:

Your mandate will consist of working closely with group insurance advisors/account managers, as well as the Underwriting Analysts and Plan Implementation teams. You will be primarily responsible for facilitating the implementation of group plans, performing the required validations, and supporting internal teams. Your main tasks will include:

  • Supporting clients throughout the document signing process;
  • Answering administrative questions from plan administrators and ensuring VIP‑level customer service;
  • Preparing documents to be sent to clients (confirmation letters, enrollment forms, implementation documents);
  • Consolidating all received documents, validating compliance, and ensuring payment has been received;
  • Contacting employers to obtain missing information (hire dates, dates of birth, non‑compliant forms);
  • Performing daily follow‑ups on enrollment forms;
  • Receiving correction requests and reopening enrollment records;
  • Receiving and validating beneficiary designations;
  • Preparing document packages to be uploaded to portals;
  • Forwarding invitations for training sessions;
  • Delivering training sessions for administrators;
  • Maintaining and updating the training calendar;
  • Managing the training and brokerage mailboxes;
  • Supporting the pricing team, plan administration team, and service representatives for plan administrators;
  • Performing any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, client file management, or customer service;
  • Experience in group insurance (an asset);
  • Excellent command of English and French, both spoken and written (Proficiency in both English and French is essential to analyze and understand contractual documents, brochures, and communications originating from internal and external sources, often written in either language. It is also required to provide telephone and email support to French‑speaking clients across Canada and to interact effectively with colleagues located outside the province);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong initiative;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to respond quickly to requests and a strong sense of responsibility.
