Your mandate will consist in:
Your mandate will involve serving customers and groups served by broker partners, as well as supporting in-house advisors. This includes presenting the terms and conditions of group insurance renewals and coordinating the marketing and implementation of new groups. You will also contribute to developing new direct business in the SME segment and assist broker partners and in-house advisors with their files. Your main tasks will include:
- Ensure renewals are prepared within stipulated deadlines, analyze, negotiate, and validate information, and present the renewal to internal partners or advisors to ensure customer retention;
- Coordinate calls for tender internally and with various insurers, and present the results to customers, partners, or internal advisors;
- Coordinate the implementation and enrollment of new groups, as well as the transfer of existing groups, and ensure timely follow-up on requests for information;
- Collaborate with the AGA +PLUS team or insurers by providing all necessary information and forms for group sales, new plans, group transfers, terminations, annual enrollment, or promotional campaigns;
- Promote AGA products and services in collaboration with advisors to brokers and customers, and actively pursue assigned business opportunities to support the team in achieving sales objectives;
- Answer various questions and explain insurance plan coverages to customers, in-house advisors, partners, group managers, or policyholders individually or during information meetings;
- Conduct virtual visits to customers and broker partners to nurture strong relationships, foster lasting business connections, and assist in resolving issues while developing new business opportunities;
- Actively participate in AGA's sales meetings and new product and service offerings as required;
- Assume any other related responsibilities or tasks assigned by your superior.
Required qualifications:

College degree;

Minimum 5 years of experience in group insurance (an asset);

Hold a group insurance certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers (an asset);

Have relevant customer service experience;

Good teamwork skills;

Excellent management of priorities and work organization;

Very good knowledge of social legislation;

Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;

Very good knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written (Proficiency in English is required, as administrative transactions must be processed in both languages. A detailed analysis and thorough understanding of contractual administrative information related to insurance enrollments and changes—free of errors—are also essential);

Good verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to exercise good judgment, integrity and honesty;

Ability to protect confidential information.
