Your mandate will consist in...

Your mandate will be to primarily be responsible for carrying out internal quality audits on the work carried out within the company’s various departments. Read on to learn about the skills and qualifications required to thrive at AGA!

Your main tasks will include:

• Plan and conduct weekly end-to-end quality audits in Jira according to the audit procedure;
• Forward audits to auditees, receive requests for review, and follow up by communicating new results or reasons for refusal of review to employees;
• Participate in the proper handling and resolution of non-conformities detected outside of audits in accordance with the non-conformity management procedure;
• Identify trends and communicate them to the managers of the audited departments through Teams collaboration channels;
• Propose improvements to the processes and tools of the audited departments through the non-conformity register;
• Participate in improvement activities and projects that support the quality mission;
• Perform any other tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• College degree;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in group insurance;
• Clear desire to learn;
• Mastery of procedures and tools related to an audited service (Claims, Customer Service, Member Management, Plan Management, Underwriting);
• Ability to organize and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Desire to provide superior service to both internal and external clients;
• Rigorous, honest, and independent;
• Proficiency with Jira (an asset);
• Bilingualism (an asset).
