Your mandate will consist in...
Your mandate will consist of working closely with the Underwriting analysts of the regular and major groups teams. You will be primarily responsible for administrative activities relating to renewals, submissions and implementation.
Your main tasks will include:
- Generate and send experience reports to insurers;
- Perform various administrative tasks related to data entry, extraction, processing and compilation of data for renewals and submissions;
- Produce enforcement documents;
- Follow-up and file necessary for the management of contracts, brochures and amendments;
- Update and enter data into the database systems, dashboard and activity reports;
- Ensure the quality of work under his responsibility
- Perform all other related tasks as requested by the superior.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in vocational studies with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience deemed relevant;
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel an asset);
- Good command of English and French, both oral and written (Proficiency in English is required, as administrative transactions must be processed in both languages. A detailed analysis and thorough understanding of contractual administrative information related to insurance enrollments and changes—free of errors—are also essential);
- Strong organizational skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Versatility, resourcefulness and self-reliance;
- Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and honesty.
