Introduction and Commitment 

At AGA Benefit Solutions, our mission is Caring differently about people, without any form of discrimination. This is why we strive to provide our products and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. We are committed to giving persons with disabilities the same opportunity to access our products and services as quickly and in a similar way as other customers. In keeping with this commitment, we will make every effort to comply with our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).

AODA Objectives

  • Enable persons with disabilities to benefit from products, services, employment opportunities and facilities in the same way as other members of the public;
  • Involve persons with disabilities in the development of accessibility standards.
