We are delighted to announce the appointment of Massimo Nini as Senior Vice President, Consulting, Underwriting and Actuarial Services, serving as AGA’s market leader for Ontario and Western Canada. This appointment is part of the company’s drive to continue growing its business across Canada.
Already Vice President, Consulting, Underwriting and Actuarial Services at AGA since 2022, Massimo has demonstrated leadership among teams outside Quebec and has been a standard bearer for the company’s core values.
Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA), Massimo holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Concordia University, as well as insurance agent licences in several Canadian provinces. Prior to joining AGA, he held management positions with consulting firms in the fields of group benefits and accident and sickness reinsurance. Over the years, he has provided actuarial, pension and benefits consulting services to organizations of various sizes, including large pan-Canadian and international organizations. He is also a member of the CIA Health Committee.
Martin Papillon is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and holds an MBA from HEC Montréal. Throughout his career, he has been working in the group insurance and retirement sector. Before joining AGA in 2013, he held advisory and senior management positions with world-class consulting actuarial firms.
