What Types of Businesses Can Benefit from the EVOLUTION Modular Plan?

The EVOLUTION modular plan is intended for groups:

  • with 50 to 124 employees covered in health care;
  • insured for at least two years with the same carrier (without call for tenders);
  • with a favourable claim experience*.

Non-profit organizations and trucking companies are not eligible.

Evolving Benefits for Each Employee

Through our insurance partners, the EVOLUTION modular plan provides for continued life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), and weekly and long-term disability coverage to protect the financial security of your employees.

With respect to health and dental care benefits, the Evolution modular plan offers three modules: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each employee is free to select the module best suited to his/her needs; this selection may be changed over time, when a life event occurs or every two years during the re-enrolment period.
