AGA Benefit Solutions has reached a new milestone in its development following the integration of the group insurance operations of Groupe financier Powers, a financial services firm based in Quebec City. This transaction, which enables AGA to continue its expansion, confirms our company's leading role as the partner of choice for a growing number of Canadian organizations.
Under this agreement, Groupe financier Powers' group insurance clients will now be served by AGA and will benefit from AGA's wide range of products and services. Anthony Powers, President of Groupe financier Powers, is now an AGA shareholder; he is actively involved in the transition of current files and will continue to identify and refer group insurance clients. Groupe financier Powers’ employees dedicated to group insurance have joined the AGA team and remain involved with clients to whom they were previously assigned.
