As part of its growth strategy and to better position its multiple product offerings to its clients, AGA Benefit Solutions has recently added two new directors to its team, based in our Markham (Ontario) office: 

Brett Rogers joins AGA as Director, Business Development. He will interact with our Consulting team to identify and develop business targets, while also providing advisory services internally to maintain and expand profitable client relationships. Brett will focus on our Group Insurance, Retirement Savings and Health Spending Account (BeneFitsMyWay) products and services to identify clients, partners and distribution channels that will contribute to AGA’s growth. With studies in Marketing Strategy and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo, Brett has a media creative background with experience in front and behind the camera for more than two decades. Most recently, he has been a Vice President for HR Covered Inc. His entrepreneurial background, relationship-building abilities and knowledge of the Canadian human resources market will be a great addition to our business development capabilities, already stronger in Ontario and Western Canada following the hiring of Timothy (Tim) Williams earlier this year. 

Sandra Moroz joins AGA as Director, Group Retirement. As our retirement savings products and advisory services increasingly become further recognized in the Canadian marketplace, we are bolstering our team to enhance our capabilities for our clients and prospects. As such, Sandra will oversee our processes and delivery of retirement solutions, from client management to implementation and oversight. She will also provide expert guidance to clients and AGA colleagues on plan design, compliance, governance and administration.  With over 25 years of experience in the group retirement industry, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership. She has held senior roles at major Canadian financial institutions, focusing on market growth and client service. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Client Relationships for group benefits and retirement solutions at iA Financial Group.
