Generally, AGA Benefit Solutions renders its consultancy services on a commission basis, both in group insurance and retirement savings. However, AGA may occasionally render its services on a fee for service basis, which is agreed to with the client prior to the beginning of the mandate and invoiced monthly. When AGA acts as plan administrator for a client, an additional compensation is paid to AGA by the insurer to account for administration services rendered. This compensation differs depending on the size and complexity of the group.
It should be noted that AGA Benefit Solutions participates, like any other broker, in various bonus programs offered by the insurers with whom it does business.
