b. Electronic Subscriptions and Communication Requests

Moreover, for the purpose of forwarding you, by email or by phone, informative and educational materials on our service offering, we collect limited business and personal information.
 We collect information through this Website on various information gathering forms for the purpose of sending you, upon request, electronic newsletters and other email communications on our products and services, or for the purpose of contacting you upon request.

From this Page, you can also select one or more subscription options based on your interests. This information helps us provide you with the appropriate promotional information based on your selected interests.

Exceptionally, as part of our promotional activities, some business data, such as business email addresses, included in a firm’s client file may be hosted on sales and marketing service platforms on servers located in the United States and, consequently, this information may not enjoy the same level of confidentiality and security as those of the jurisdiction in which the information was collected. Our service providers and suppliers are not permitted to use or disclose personal information for any purpose other than to provide the services or materials for which they have committed themselves to us.
