Martin Papillon is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and holds an MBA from HEC Montréal. Throughout his career, he has been working in the group insurance and retirement sector. Before joining AGA in 2013, he held advisory and senior management positions with world-class consulting actuarial firms.
Gabriel Gagnon is well known in the insurance field, having worked for many years in credit insurance and replacement warranties distribution for the automobile sector. His 35+ years of experience in the insurance industry are a great asset in the strategic planning of the company.
Manon Labrèche joined AGA in 1979. Over the years, she has risen through the ranks and now runs a team of nearly 40 people who handle all administrative services and claims. Her comprehensive plan management experience makes her a vital member of the AGA team.
Holding a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science and a Fellowship with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, Vincent Soucy worked for the first 10 years of his career in an actuarial consulting firm where he advised national clients on their benefit and retirement plans. He joined AGA in March 2014 and supervises the consulting, service, underwriting and actuarial teams.
Martin Bédard holds a Bachelor Degree from Université Laval, where he was captain of the Rouge et Or football team when they won their first Vanier Cup, and an Executive MBA from Queen’s University. He has close to 20 years of experience in group insurance on the insurer side. With his background as a senior manager responsible both for business development and for strategic planning, product development and client experience, he is keen on doing more for each client as part of the Quebec City office team.
Having been with AGA since 1984, Joanne boasts some 30 years of experience in benefit consulting and business development. Her in-depth expertise of group insurance helps her provide sound advice to large size corporate clients and unions.
With more than 35 years of experience, Denis Rousseau is in charge of supervising self-insured plans and the Elite pools of AGA Benefit Solutions, and acts as advisor to AGA senior management.
Louise started her career at Blue Cross before working as a Senior Advisor for a large actuarial firm for more than 15 years. Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, Louise joined AGA in June 2014. She assumes responsibility for training, provides technical support, and supplies advisory activities for the large business clientele. Louise is also lecturer at l’UQAM.
With AGA Benefit Solutions for more than 20 years, Chantal has the experience required to help businesses of all sizes set up and administer their group insurance plans. Her proactive approach leads to an informed vision of the various strategic planning opportunities. With her professionalism, determination and excellent communication skills, Chantal makes sure her clients fully understand the issues pertaining to group insurance and retirement plans.
