ANOTHER AGA INNOVATION TO BETTER SERVE CLIENTS

Through a partnership with Dynacom Technologies, a worldwide provider of accounting and management software, AGA has set up a simple and user-friendly application that provides for easier management of group insurance plans. With this application, all new data or changes relating to employees and relevant to the management of these plans are forwarded to AGA directly from the Dynacom payroll management module.

ADVANTAGES OF THE DYNACOM PAYROLL MODULE

  • Streamlined administration, as all transactions are performed directly from the payroll module.
  • No more duplicate transactions, i.e. on the payroll module and the administrator portal, leading to a reduced workload.
  • Sharply lower risk of error or omission, as each transaction is automatically forwarded to AGA (enrollment, termination, wage update, change of address, etc.).
  • Employee group benefit deductions and taxable benefits are calculated directly in the payroll module.
  • All changes submitted by employees via the AGA members portal (change of address, bank information, etc.) are forwarded directly to the Dynacom payroll module.
  • Option for direct deposit of employee pay and electronic delivery of pay stubs.
  • Creation and electronic delivery of T4, RL-1 and records of employment.
