Your mandate will consist in...

Your mandate will consist of being responsible for ensuring that the information required to implement a group or transfer of insurer is completed in SARAGA, as well as on the TELUS network, and for validating brochures, policies and endorsements. Read on to learn about the skills and qualifications required to thrive at AGA!

Your main tasks will include:

  • Review and complete data in SARAGA (including when the first part is done by Underwriting) for new enrolments, insurer transfers, renewals, plan modifications and cancellations according to internal procedures in place, and perform other administrative tasks related to these types of files;
  • As part of the electronic enrolment process, follow up on forms not received, validate import logs and transfer data to SARAGA. In the case of manual forms, make manual entries either in SARAGA or on the Enrolment Portal;
  • Make all changes in SARAGA that do not coincide with an enrolment, renewal or transfer of insurer, according to internal procedures in place, and perform other administrative tasks related to these types of files;
  • Validate drug group profiles issued by SARAGA on behalf of TELUS for plan implementations, transfers or modifications, and ensure that the information has been correctly entered into the TELUS system;
  • Prepare dental "Group profiles" using the standard form prepared according to the type of product on behalf of the insurer when plans are implemented, transferred or modified, and ensure that the information is entered correctly on the TELUS system;
  • Report any updates to be made to model groups in SARAGA to the coordinators;
  • Participate, on request, in tests during the implementation of new tools/software for private management or during the improvement of these tools/software;
  • Provide internal and external customer service;
  • At the request of the immediate superior, all other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • College diploma;  
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in group insurance;
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Good command of French and English, both oral and written;
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness;
  • Judgment, innovation, integrity and honesty;
  • Ability to protect confidential information;
  • Versatility, resourcefulness, autonomy;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage work priorities.
